CHANGE

Change is the most important part of our life. We are inside the cocoon who resist change. But you know what change is good. Change is growth. Imagine you being stuck in one class and not promoted. Sounds bad right? Or maybe you having the same circle of friends in schools , college and everywhere you go. Well that sounds too good to be true for few but it’s boring at the same time because we can’t always be surrounded with the people of same kind. We need to adapt, develop and come out of that cocoon just like a butterfly. When we see the caterpillar we can’t say it can fly but that’s what it does and that’s what we are made of. We all are the beautiful creatures of God and we are meant to grow and evolve.

Let’s say success is inevitable but change are inevitable too. But most of the time our body like being stucked to one place and things. That happens when we don’t let our body decide, but the mind. But sometimes changes are good. Our body resist change when we neglect growth and development. One of the leading factor of resistance towards change is fear.

How come fear? Because when you choose fear you choose outcome and not growth. Fear can become harmful when it gets in your way towards development. Let’s say there are two types of action. One who acts out of fear and another who acts in fear. When you act out of fear you grow, you develop but when you act in fear you neglect, dissolve and shrink. You neglect growth and changes unknowingly which effects your success too. Because success and fear are interrelated and once you let fear decide, success lose and so do you.

One common example is when you’re passionate about something but fear being in crowds. Thats when you’re acting in fear. That’s how you’re somehow neglecting change and growth towards success. So, in order to change and shape, you need to act out of fear and not in fear. So let’s accept the change, work out of fear and adapt to growth and success.
